It’s been too long my burger friend…
Wilson's Eatery, the across-the-parking-lot dining baby brother of Lynnwood Brewing Concern (LBC), has one of my favorite burgers of all time. While the crispy smashed pair of perfectly season patties is stellar, it is the consistency of each burger that stands out. I've had more than a dozen of these since Wilson's opened and every single one was the same. Never disappointed. Always fresh. Add to the burger those fantatsic fries and garlic aioli, and damn, what a great meal.
Some may ask why I don't get something different from Wilsons. I have had the chicken thigh sandwich, and it's an awesome sammy, but the love of that burger knows no bounds. They lose their perfect score for the Brioche bun choice (I hate Brioche buns) and not offering chili as an option. If they had a real burger bun and some Johnson's or CharGrill chili, wow, it would be perfection. 9.25/10.
