The Macallan Distillery / Speyside, Scotland

I know it's supposed to be a "bourbon" B, but in this case, whisky works.

Here's a wee bit of The Macallan Fine Oak 18 Years Old to start off a Sunday morning. Whisky Church for sure. The Macallan Distillery is a MUST visit if in the part of Scotland. It is like no other place you will visit. From the giant wall of whisky to the sustainable building and garden, this is gorgeous. And the whisky is pretty damn awesome to boot!
