Prodigal son returns from the cool mountains to housesit while we’re away this week in NYC, so I smoked some filet mignons and a bacon-wrapped meatloaf in appreciation. Sarah’s creamed corn, fresh green beans, and Parmesan potatoes Lyonnaise rounded out an awesome meal to close out summer.
